The advent of computers and their advantages such as high speed and accuracy in processing information, relatively small volume of space required, reduction of time, access to accurate and detailed information in the shadow of cost-benefit, led to this technology quickly gaining its place in various activities, including accounting. In the days when technology and creativity speak in society, accounting is no exception to this rule and has emerged. The days when accountants sat behind the counter and raised and lowered the abacus are gone, now they sit behind the desk and type on soft chairs. The increasing need of institutions and organizations for accurate and timely information to be used in the decision-making process of managers is an inevitable category in this regard. Management information system is the main source of information. Accounting software, as the most important subset of this system, provides users with a variety of financial information.
