This research is descriptive-survey in terms of its purpose and fundamental in terms of its nature in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research consists of individuals who are experts in the group of managers and experts of Yazd Pearl Tile. In this research, the interpretive structural modeling technique was used to identify, classify, and interpret these factors using an interpretive structural approach. In the interpretive structural approach, the level of factors was determined; in the resulting model, the flexibility factor, which is at the fifth level of the model, is included in the category of independent variables due to its highest influence and lowest level of dependence. The factors of agility, knowledge management and information sharing, vulnerability reduction, adaptation and compatibility, risk management culture, redundancy, and trust between actors are placed in the second to fourth levels of the model and are categorized as linked variables due to their highest influence and dependence. Also, in the first level of the model, sustainability in the supply chain is placed, which is considered the dependent variable of the model due to its low influence but high dependence on other elements. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تأمین تاب آور(مطالعه موردی: شرکت چینی بهداشتی مروارید یزد) با رویکرد مدل ساختاری تفسیری انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع هدف، بنیادی و ماهیت تحقیق از حیث شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را افرادی تشکیل می دهند که به عنوان خبره درگروه مدیران و کارشناسان خبره کاشی مروارید یزد قرار دارند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری به شناسایی، سطح بندی و تفسیر این عوامل با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری اقدام گردیده است. در رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری، تعیین سطح عوامل انجام شد؛ به این صورت که در مدل به دست آمده، عامل انعطاف پذیری که در سطح پنجم مدل قرار می‌گیرد، با توجه به دارا بودن بالاترین قدرت نفوذ و کم‌ترین میزان وابستگی در دسته متغیرهای مستقل، قرارمی‌گیرد. عوامل چابکی، مدیریت دانش و اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات، کاهش آسیب پذیری، انطباق و سازگاری، فرهنگ مدیریت ریسک، افزونگی و اعتماد میان بازیگران، در سطوح دوم تا چهارم مدل قرار گرفته‌اند و باتوجه به دارا بودن بالاترین قدرت نفوذ و وابستگی در دسته متغیرهای پیوندی دسته‌بندی می‌شوند، همچنین در سطح اول مدل، پایداری در زنجیره تامین قرار گرفته است که به دلیل قدرت نفوذ کم، اما وابستگی زیادی بر دیگر ارکان دارد؛ متغیر وابسته مدل محسوب می شود. /downloadfilepdf/14392
