For this purpose, the country's oil and gas industry has been selected. The criteria affecting new technologies in the oil and gas industry were identified and extracted. The statistical population in this study is university professors, experts and experts from the oil and gas industry who are familiar with new technologies in the oil and gas industry. In this study, an attempt has been made to solicit more opinions from 5 managers and experts in the oil and gas industry in the oil and gas industry, considering the specialization and nature of the work. In order to identify and prioritize the criteria affecting new technologies in the oil and gas industry, first, by reviewing the literature and studying related texts and articles, 5 main criteria and 20 sub-components affecting new technologies in the oil and gas industry were identified and these indicators were finalized by surveying experts. Then, the importance of the indicators and their weights are determined with the help of oil and gas industry experts through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). Data analysis using EXCEL software and solving using the F. DEMATEL method showed that among the main criteria, design and facade are the most influential and education and research are the most influential criteria. Also, solving using the F. ANP method showed that the highest weight is related to the criterion of creating an environment for research and innovations in the field of technological issues and it obtained the first priority. در این تحقیق به بررسی و اجرای مدل رتبه بندی عوامل اثرگذار بر تکنولوژی‌های نوین صنعت نفت و گازپرداخته شده است. به این منظور صنعت نفت و گاز کشور انتخاب شده است. معیارهای اثرگذار بر تکنولوژی‌های نوین درصنعت نفت و گاز مورد شناسایی و استخراج قرارگرفتند جامعه آماری در این تحقیق اساتید دانشگاهی، صاحب نظران و کارشناسانی از صنعت نفت و گاز می‏باشند که با تکنولوژی‌های نوین صنعت نفت و گاز آشنایی دارند. در این تحقیق سعی شده است در صنعت نفت و گاز با توجه به تخصص و ماهیت کار، 5 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت نفت و گاز، از این کارشناسان نظرخواهی بیشتری به عمل آید به منظور شناسایی و اولویت بندی معیارهای اثرگذار بر تکنولوژی های نوین صنعت نفت و گاز، ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و مطالعه متون و مقالات مرتبط، 5 معیار اصلی و 20 زیر مولفه اثرگذار بر تکنولوژی های نوین صنعت نفت و گاز شناسایی شده و با نظر سنجی از خبرگان، این شاخص‏ها نهایی می‌شوند. سپس میزان اهمیت شاخص‏ها و اوزان آنها به کمک خبرگان صنعت صنعت نفت و گاز از طریق روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی (FAHP) معین می‏شود تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار EXCEL و حل به روش F. DEMATEL نشان داد که در بین معیارهای اصلی طراحی و نما تأثیرگذارترین و آموزش و پژوهش تأثیرپذیرترین معیار می باشد. هم چنین حل با روش F. ANP نشان داد که بیش ترین وزن مربوط به معیار ایجاد محیطی برای پژوهش و نوآوری های در زمینه مسائل تکنولوژی می باشد و اولویت اول را کسب کرد. /downloadfilepdf/11881
