موسسه انتشارات بین المللی چتر اندیشه فصلنامه مدیریت سیستم و نوآوری هوشمند 3092-7994 7 1 2025 04 17 Identifying factors affecting the efficient management and prosperity of the music industry in Mazandaran Province شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت کارآمد و رونق صنعت موسیقی استان مازندران 54 58 10.22051/jera.2021.31891.2698 FA شایان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت، مؤسسه آموزش عالی روزبهان ساری، مازندران،، ایران بردیا استادیار گروه مهندسی صنایع و مدیریت، مؤسسه آموزش عالی روزبهان ساری، مازندران،، ایران 2024 08 12 موسیقی یکی از هدف های زیباست که از ابتدای خلقت در نهاد طبیعت مستور بوده. آهنگ مرغان خوش نوا، وزش باد و حرکت برگ درختان، لغزش آب جویباران و ریزش آبشارها موسیقی ابتدایی بشر و اولین آموزگار انسان در آموختن این هنر بوده است. موسیقی زبانی است که انسان به یاری آن می تواند کما بیش آنچه را در ضمیر مکنون و مکتوم خویش دارد به میان آورد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت کارآمد و رونق صنعت موسیقی استان مازندران می‏باشند. برای شناسایی این عوامل از 12 نفر از متخصصین حوزه موسیقی کمک گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که عوامل ارتقای فرهنگ جامعه، مدیریت قوی، زیرساخت مناسب، برگزاری جشنواره و همایش‏های داخلی، گسترش اینترنت، سیاست‏های حکومتی و قوانین کپی رایت، مهم‏ترین عوامل مؤثر بر رونق صنعت موسیقی استان مازندارن می ‏باشند. Music is one of the beautiful goals that has been hidden in nature since the beginning of creation. The song of melodious birds, the wind blowing and the movement of tree leaves, the sliding of streams and waterfalls has been the primary music of mankind and the first teacher of man in learning this art. Music is a language with the help of which man can bring out more or less what is hidden and secret in his subconscious. The purpose of the present study is to identify the factors affecting the efficient management and prosperity of the music industry in Mazandaran province. To identify these factors, 12 experts in the field of music have been consulted. The results of the study show that the factors of promoting the culture of the society, strong management, appropriate infrastructure, holding festivals and domestic conferences, the expansion of the Internet, government policies and copyright laws are the most important factors affecting the prosperity of the music industry in Mazandaran province. /downloadfilepdf/11598
